Team Bios

Jason is a director of Oracle Dental and as the most senior member of the team provides the clinical lead. He started providing implant treatment in 1993 and has restricted his practice to implants since 1999 and so is one of the most experienced implant dentists in the UK. He started teaching in 2000, has been instrumental in setting up implant organisations, lectured in the UK and internationally and has been published in journals as well as being on the editorial board of an international implant journal.

Jason deploys his experience in the most complex cases, using leading-edge techniques to maintain and regenerate tissue and achieve the best results, often in trying situations. He has been taking referrals from colleagues for over 20 years.

Jonathan Willis

Jonathan qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas in 2003 and established his own practice in Much Wenlock which he later sold to focus on Implantology.

Jonathan has been placing Dental Implants for over 10 years and now limits his practice to solely implantology and is one of the few dentists in the UK to achieve a Distinction at Masters level (MSc) in Implantology. Jonathan has lectured internationally, had research articles published and attended international courses.  Jonathan holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education and teaches Dentists Implantology at Dentale.

Jonathan will place single unit implants to full mouth ‘Teeth in a Day’/ All on 4 techniques.

Felicity Beddoes

Fliss first joined the company as a trainee Dental Nurse in 1999. She qualified and gained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2001 then gained her post-graduate radiography qualification in 2002. During her time as a Dental Nurse she has mainly worked as an Implant Nurse and assisted in training many dentists and nurses on the training courses which started in 2000.

After a 4-year career break Fliss re-joined the company in 2017.
Fliss enjoys her chosen career and constantly furthering her knowledge in the field of dentistry. Fliss has a City & Guilds Customer Service qualification, Impression qualified and holds a Level 3 PTLLS qualification which enables her to help deliver training within her field of knowledge, plus has gained a venepuncture qualification which enables her to assist with PRF procedures. She also has experience with orthodontics and sedation.

Outside of work Fliss enjoys spending time with her sons Mateen & Niaz, her partner Steve and their animals. In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit.

Dr Kuwerjit Chani BDS

My name is Kuwer and my ethos in dentistry and caring for my patients is:

Having grown up in Nottingham I was lucky enough to attend Birmingham University, graduating in 2008. I have been awarded a Diploma by the Royal College of Surgeons of England and have spent recent years with an interest in Implant dentistry, going on to achieve a certificate in implantology. I am now also honoured to be teaching implantlogy.

In my down time I enjoy partaking in the sport of clay shooting, beard grooming (my own that is) and volunteering for the ‘Guru Nanak Mission Nottm’ where we prepare and distribute food to the less fortunate within Nottingham City Centre. Volunteers are always welcome so check out the Facebook page. For me personally it has been an exceptionally humbling and compassionate experience

Dr Odessa Santos

Dr Odessa Santos completed her 6-year Dentistry programme at the University of Lisbon, followed by a master’s at same University with the thesis:  Oral Care for Pneumonia Prevention in Ventilated Patients. In 2013 she obtained a PG certificate in Medical Education at Keele University and on that same year she started mentoring dentists after being approved as an Educational Supervisor with Health Education England. Odessa is attending the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute – UCL in London studying to achieve a MSc in Periodontology. She is focused on promoting high standards of Dental Care and developing further her skills in Periodontology. She is a member of the British Society of Periodontology.

Odessa is known for putting patients at ease and motivating them to improve their oral health. She believes in integrated treatment planning to achieve the best results possible with a primary focus on periodontal treatment.

She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, travelling, walking her dog and attending Pilates lessons.

Catherine Williams

Catherine began her career as a dental nurse in Shropshire back in 2007. She gained experience in multiple areas of dentistry including hospital / private and NHS practice. Catherine then moved to London where she progressed and qualified as a Dental Hygienist / Therapist in 2015. Since qualifying she is always looking to update her skills and has taken a keen interest in facial aesthetics. Outside of dentistry Catherine enjoys travel and spending time with family / friends.

Hossein Hessami

I studied and graduated dentistry from school of dentistry in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1998. I moved to the UK in 1999. I have been a practice owner since 2001.

I have always been interested in surgical aspect of dentistry and I placed my first implants in 2003. Since then, I have been placing implants and developed myself in surgical field.  I have passion for dentistry and in particular in dental implants, hence I completed my master degree in dental implantology from Bristol university in 2020.

I am very thrilled to have joined Oracle practice in Bristol and looking forward to being able to work alongside some great dentists and dental nurses to help patients who need single or multiple implants to regain the smile and confidence they should have.

Neeraj Pattni

Neeraj is qualified in dentistry and medicine. He has experience in oral surgery which has led to his interest in dental implants. He is also a general medical practitioner with experience of medical/surgical specialities.

Franciska Veldhuizen

Fran is a GDC registered Specialist Prosthodontist with over 25 years’ experience in dentistry. Her skillset incorporates all aspects of prosthodontic dentistry, the dental specialty of restoring natural teeth and replacing missing teeth. She focuses on delivering beautiful, bespoke care that is based on understanding her patients’ needs.

Having started university life studying anthropology and psychology at St Andrews, Fran went on to graduate in dentistry from Dundee in 1996. She spent time working in general practice and in hospital gaining experience in both oral surgery and restorative dentistry. During this time, she obtained her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (RCSEd). She then began her specialist training, gaining her Masters in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) from Edinburgh University in 2006 this was completed in the field of tooth-wear which continues to be an area of interest. She gained her Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) from RCSEd in 2008. Fran is now an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
She is also a member of the British Society of Prosthodontics (BSSPD) and International Team for Implantology (ITI).

In her spare time Fran maintains a lifelong passion for art and especially enjoys applying these skills to the aesthetic aspects of her work. She also volunteers for the charity Dentaid and likes to ski, sail and play golf. She speaks Dutch and passable French.

Dr Sanjiv Joshi

Sanjiv qualified with BDS Honours from the University of Sheffield in 2000 and has since dedicated his career to advancing his skills through postgraduate education, particularly in root canal treatment.

In 2017, he enhanced his clinical precision by investing in a dental microscope, allowing for even greater treatment accuracy. That same year, he completed an MSc in Dental Implants from the University of Warwick, graduating with Merit.

Following further training, including the renowned ‘Endo Art’ course, Sanjiv achieved a diploma in root canal treatments and now has a special interest in this field. Committed to delivering high-quality dentistry in a relaxed and friendly environment, Sanjiv combines technical excellence with a caring approach.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys going to the gym, reading, countryside walks, and spending time with his son.

Kirill Divakov

Dr Kirill Divakov is a 2004 graduate of Humboldt University School of Dental Medicine in Berlin, Germany.  

He is a General Dental Practitioner who has been practicing, along with a dedicated team, at Yeovil Dental Practice since 2007. 

For over 17 years, Kirill has been helping patients achieve healthy teeth.  

“There is nothing quite like the feeling of helping someone attain a healthy smile, or have more confidence in their smile,” says Dr. Divakov. “It’s the best part of my job.” 

His passion for continuing education ensures that the technological advancements being made in the field of dentistry are available to all his patients.  Over the years, Kirill has concentrated on minor oral surgery aesthetic restorative dentistry and implantology. He is an active member of the international team for implantology and has a certificate in Dental Implantology (2014, UK). Recently, he accomplished an advanced Implant course with Dentale Stafford (2022).     

He is happy to take referrals and assess each case as to whether it is something that can be undertaken within the practice.  

Outside dentistry, he enjoys staying active with kayaking, cycling and hiking.

Daljeet Tamber

Dr. Daljeet Tamber (known as Dal) is the Lead Clinical Dentist and Implantologist at Oracle Dental Stafford. A graduate of the University of Birmingham, where he earned his dental degree in 2004, Dal began his journey in implant dentistry with foundational training at Dentale Shrewsbury that has been the cornerstone of his career. He furthered his expertise with advanced certifications in complex implant treatments from two of the most prestigious institutions in the field—the Eastman Institute in London and the ICE Centre in Manchester.   With extensive experience across multiple practices in the Midlands, Dal has developed a deep expertise in implant and cosmetic dentistry. His clinical capabilities range from simple single-tooth implants to full-arch restorations, utilizing modern technology such as digital scanners and bespoke surgical guides to ensure precision and optimal outcomes for his patients.

Outside of dentistry, Dal enjoys quality time with his wife and two young children. He’s also attempting to learn Spanish again—for the third or fourth time—and when he’s not hitting the books, he tries to stay active with fitness training – though he’s learned the hard way that enthusiasm sometimes leads to more time on the injury bench than the gym bench!

Vicki Smith

Hi My name is Viki, I am a dental hygienist and have recently moved from Nottingham to Shrewsbury with my family.

I’m relatively new to Oracle but feel lucky to have found such a welcoming workplace in which to start my working Shrewsbury life. It’s a pleasure to join such a welcoming friendly team.

Having worked at my last practice for over 25years, positive relationships with patients has always been important to me. I’m passionate about building rapport with my patients through my friendly approach and hope to bring the same to Shrewsbury. I work hard to reduce any anxieties patients may have to make them feel at ease. A bit of humour and a laugh always helps too!

When not working, I love playing football and squash and exploring my new home town and all it has to offer with my family.

Marcus-Anthony Charles-Drummond

Dr Marcus-Anthony Charles-Drummond is known for his kind, gentle, and compassionate approach, creating a calm and reassuring environment where patients feel genuinely cared for. He values taking the time to build trust and long-lasting relationships, ensuring every patient feels listened to and confident in their treatment journey.

A graduate of the University of Plymouth, Marcus is passionate about continual learning and clinical excellence. He has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, alongside advanced training in composite bonding, Invisalign, and clear aligner therapy. He is also currently undertaking comprehensive dental implant training to further expand the range of treatments he can offer his patients.

Outside of dentistry, Marcus enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active, and travelling to explore new places and cultures.
