Jason has been providing implant dentistry since 1993 and has placed over 3,000 implants. In addition to working at Oracle’s practice in Shrewsbury, Jason regularly lectures to dental practitioners throughout the UK and abroad and as clinical director of Dentale, an innovative training organisation, has run dedicated implant dentistry courses for the past ten years.

Lorenzo is an accomplished dentist. Originally from Valencia, Spain, he graduated in 2011 and in 2014 he enrolled in a two year full-time MSC in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry based at University of Valencia.
Arshad qualified in 2002. After his qualification, he has gained huge experience by training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in various hospitals in the West Midlands and South East. He completed his MFDS from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2006.
He has gained MSc from the prestigious Kings College London, and has also completed Advanced training in Dental Implantology.
Arshad has a specialist interest in Dental Implantology, complete Smile makeovers and Oral Surgery. He is fully competent in all aspects of Implant surgery from simple cases to more complex cases and bone grafting. He has placed and restored hundreds of implant cases and achieved a success rate of 99% to date. Arshad takes pride in his approach to providing surgical dentistry to nervous patients. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys football, reading and spending time with his family.

Marta graduated as a dentist in 2011 at University CEU Cardenal Herrera in Spain. Within her first two years practising dentistry, Marta found her passion in periodontics. Between 2012 and 2013, Marta completed her Masters of Dental Science at University of Valencia.
Marta’s main focus is on achieving the best clinical results for patients and using the latest technology and modern approach towards the management of gum disease. Marta enjoyed being involved in presenting clinical and science posters as well as communications. Between 2013 and 2016, she completed a Postgraduate Programme in Periodontics and Dental Implants.
Marta stays up to date and continues to improve her clinical knowledge to develop her skills further through various advanced periodontal training courses. She is an active member of the Spanish Periodontics Society (SEPA), and a Member of The Study Club of Valencia (VLC).
In her spare time, Marta loves going to the gym and takes part in outdoor sports

Mark is originally from Manchester, he graduated from Bristol University in 2000. He spent 2 years working at Plymouth Hospital as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a period at Cardiff Dental Hospital as a Senior House Officer in the Restorative Department. Following this, he undertook an MSc in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at Manchester University, followed by specialist training in Prosthodontics leading to an MRD. Mark has been actively involved in research both in resin bonded bridges and the effects of Carisolv gel on deciduous dentine. His study on the latter was published in 2000.

Tom qualified from Newcastle University in 2004. He has recently developed a special interest in periodontology after gaining his Masters Degree in Clinical Periodontology from the University of Central Lancashire in 2016.

Gillian is an orthodontist and a platinum status Invisalign® practitioner, having been an advocate of Invisalign® since its first introduction into the UK in 2004. She is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics and membership secretary of the Orthodontic Specialist group, as well as a member of the Development and Standards Committee, of the British Orthodontic Society.

Alison graduated from Birmingham University in 1993. On graduating, Alison Joined the Royal Navy and spent ten years in a variety of locations in the UK and abroad. Whilst working Alison gained proficient knowledge from many consultants, but it was endodontics that inspired her and, following several successful years taking internal referrals and developing her skills, Alison left the Navy and moved to Burton upon Trent in 2005.
Alison worked as a part-time general dentist for JCB in Rocester but continued to pursue her interest in endodontics, working in referral endodontic jobs in a cosmetic practice in Stoke and a high-end implant, orthodontic and restorative practice in Nottingham. To further increase Alison’s endodontic treatment, she moved away from JCB in 2013 to a private practice in Lichfield to set up a referral service and maintaining a small Denplan list of patients. She also continues to take internal and external referrals in Nottingham.
Alison is highly committed to a preventive approach to dentistry, working in conjunction with the teams in all her places of work to help her patients retain their teeth and attain excellent dental health.
She spent 2011 and 2012 completing a Certificate and then a Diploma in Endodontics in Chester University with SimplyEndo and was delighted to be awarded a distinction. Alison is now working towards her Masters of Endodontics, which is due to be completed at the end of 2016.
Alison is a full member of the British Endodontic Society and the British Dental Association, actively participating in meetings and seminars.

Estelle qualified from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 1997 with honours and clinical distinction, gaining several prizes for both her academic and clinical cases. She is a very experienced dentist offering all aspects of general dentistry as well as more advanced treatment. Estelle uses the latest technology with nervous patients and is experienced at helping patients feel at ease.
She is committed personally to her own continuing professional development to ensure she can offer her patients the very latest in treatment options. She has undergone advanced implant training courses and is involved in both the surgical placement of dental implants (both conventionally and using the latest guided techniques) and the restoration of dental implants.
Her further post graduate studies involve the Schottlander – Personalised Dentures – “The True Cosmetic Option”. Estelle has a special interest in short term orthodontic treatment and can offer both Six Month Smiles® and Invisalign® treatments.
She also offers facial rejuvenation treatment after completing the anti-wrinkle injection and dermal filler training at the highly acclaimed Bob Khanna training institute in Reading. She will continue to take this postgraduate development further to pursue her passion in facial aesthetics, Implantology, and cosmetic dentistry.
Outside of dentistry Estelle is married with 2 children and enjoys running and fitness.

Karen is a registered dental hygienist and nurse with over 15 years’ experience. She has been working at Oracle Shrewsbury for 3 years. Karen is focused on the patient experience and has a special interest in implant care.
In her spare time Karen enjoys long walks with her dogs and competing in dog agility.

Julie qualified as a dental hygienist in 1993 with a CEB diploma in Dental Hygiene from Liverpool and a was runner-up in hygienist of the year in 1993. She has experience in many aspects of dentistry and is enthusiastic and conscientious in her work. She has kept up to date by attending post-grad courses, adding to her CV.
She is married & has a dog. In her spare time she likes to travel, walk the dog, visit the theatre, read & socialise.

Phil qualified at the Royal Dental Hospital in London and went on to be the House Officer to Bernie Keiser one of the most well-known periodontists during the 1980’s and 90’s. After 12 months Phil moved back to his roots in South Manchester and began to develop his own practice whilst working part-time for periodontal consultant Peter Hull at the Manchester Dental Hospital.
In 2000 Phil completed a diploma in post-graduate dental studies based at Bristol Dental School with postgraduate certificates in crown and bridge, periodontology and practice management. And has recently completed the Master of Science in clinical periodontology at the University of Central Lancashire medical and dental school.
Jonathan graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ and has over 14 years experience in general dentistry. Completing the Dentale Advanced Implant training course in 2012. Jonathan has been placing and restoring implants at his own practice for over 5 years. He also completed a Post Grad Certificate in Medical Education in 2015 and is studying for an MSc in Implantology from UCLan.

Birute also known as ‘B’ is our head nurse here at Oracle, she is originally from Lithuania. On completion of her education she moved to the UK where she gained a National Diploma in Dental Nursing. This was closely followed by her obtaining her post graduate radiography qualification. She is an experienced Dental Nurse and endeavours to keep updating her skills by enrolling on various courses such as Implant Nursing. Birute is also our Treatment Coordinator, who is available to discuss your treatment plan or any other queries you may have. Birute is very patient focused and provides an excellent experience for all our patients throughout their treatment journey.

Lisa has over 20 years’ experience as a Dental Nurse and has worked for Oracle for the last ten years. She obtained her postgraduate certificate in Radiography in 2009. Lisa has a genuine passion for dentistry, specialising in nervous and apprehensive patients. She always takes time to listen to patients concerns and requirements and does her upmost to make their visits to the clinic as memorable and comfortable as possible. Her continual smile and encouraging words are always reassuring. Lisa is also our Referral Coordinator, making regular visits to Dental Practices and maintaining a close relationship with our referring dentists.
Fliss first joined the company as a trainee Dental Nurse in 1999. She qualified and gained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2001 then gained her post-graduate radiography qualification in 2002. During her time as a Dental Nurse she has mainly worked as an Implant Nurse and assisted in training many dentists and nurses on the training courses which started in 2000.
After a 4-year career break Fliss re-joined the company in 2017 and now divides time between Dental Nursing and as a Clinical Advisor for Implantium.
Fliss enjoys her chosen career and constantly furthering her knowledge in the field of dentistry. Fliss has a City & Guilds Customer Service qualification and holds a Level 3 PTLLS qualification which enables her to help deliver training within her field of knowledge.
Outside of work Fliss enjoys spending time with her sons Mateen & Niaz, and in her spare time she enjoys keeping fit and lifting weights.

Jag has obtained a Medical Research Council funded intercalating degree (Bachelor of Science) and is both medically and dentally qualified. He has completed his dental vocational training and has worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in both Bristol and London. He then went on to complete his Basic Surgical Training in General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Accident and Emergency and Urology in East London followed by his Higher Surgical Training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the West Midland rotation. He has dual membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MFDSRCS, MRCS and FRCS) and has also completed a PhD in Oncogenomics, Transcriptomics, Tumour Models and Biomarkers at the Head and Neck Research Unit in Liverpool.
Jag is the only UK surgeon to have obtained the college (Royal College of Surgeons of England Research Fellowship), specialty (British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons/Facial Surgery Foundation-Saving Faces Research Fellowship) and faculty (Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of England Research Fellowship) fellowships. He also completed an Interface Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead and has an interest in Microvascular Reconstruction with Perforator Free Flaps. He has also recently completed the National Cancer Research Institute Head and Neck Clinical Studies Group Clinical Trials Fellowship.
Jag set up the first Maxillofacial National Trainee Collaborative Project recruiting 6200 patients for a study on standards of consent for surgical procedures and he is a first author published in several book and journals including British Journal of Cancer, Head and Neck and the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Jag is now a Consultant Maxillofacial/Head and Neck Surgeon at Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead.
He is conducting research using iKnife technology at Imperial College London where he is an Honorary Senior Lecturer. He recently obtained the Presidents Prize (2017) for his presentation titled ‘iKnife Rapid Evaporative Ionisation Mass Spectrometry (REIMS) Technology in Head and Neck Surgery. A Ex Vivo Feasibility Study.’ This technology allows real time detection of cancer tissue by analysing the smoke generated for surgical cutting instruments such as laser and cutting diathermy. He hopes to develop this technology in a clinical trial using Robotics and Transoral Laser Techniques in Head and Neck cancer ablation.
He started his dental implant training in 2002 with short courses and has subsequently had further exposure to surgical aspects of implant dentistry during his Higher Surgical Training and is competent to place both intraoral and facial extraoral implants. He works at one of the largest practices in the UK with more than 40 dentists exclusively referring all their implant work to him and he has placed more the 3500 implants.
Jag has been a tutor at Dentale for 6 months and joined primarily because of the hands-on course design for assessing surgical competency in Implant Dentistry.
Philippa joined Oracle in September 2017. She is the first point of contact for all our patients and referring dentists. She has over 12 years experience in customer care and has gained various qualifications within this field, Pip is fluent in the Welsh language which is proving popular with our increasing number of Welsh patients. She enjoys all aspects of patient care from arranging appointments to making sure they have a professional, caring experience here at Oracle Dental Clinics.

Cas is the latest edition to our team here at Oracle. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge to our Reception having worked in London for 5 years within the customer service and hospitality industry. After moving back to the Shropshire area in 2017, Cas wanted to explore a career within an exciting innovative and forward-thinking company and has settled well in to her role here at Oracle Shrewsbury. Cas is also fluent in the Welsh language which is proving popular with our increasing number of Welsh patients.
Outside of work, Cas is a professional singer and sings in events all around the country. She graduated from BIMM London in 2016 with a 1st class honours Bachelor of Music degree and believes that her time spent working, living and studying in London has enhanced her people skills and communicational skills immensely, making her job as a receptionist truly satisfying.
