Yes, we try to keep you well informed with all relevant information regarding the treatment we provide. We also involve the referring dentist in the planning and restorative stages as they wish. As different dentists prefer different amounts of information, please do contact us if you would like more or less information.

Sometimes this is required in periodontal cases and we like to see implant patients for a one-off first-year review. Otherwise, we discharge the patient back to your ongoing care. However, we are happy to see them again without you having to re-refer should they encounter and problems or issues with the treatment we provided.
If you have them, then yes you can send them with your referral and we will return them, but we may still take our own.
