How do I refer?
You can either complete a referral form that Oracle can
provide or write a letter to the relevant consultant.

Can I refer simply for an opinion?
Yes please state this at the time of referral.

Am I kept informed?
Yes we try to give all relevant information about treatment and
to involve the referring dentist in the planning stage if they wish.
As different dentists like differing amounts of information please
do contact us if you are require more or less information.

I am interested in learning more about the techniques;
can I attend whilst the patient is being treated?
Yes we can usually organise this. We also run hands on courses
if you wish to learn more (please contact us for more details).

Do you see the patient for continued review?
Sometimes this is indicated in perio cases. We like to see implants patients for a one off first year review. Otherwise we do not see the patient unless they are having a problem when of course we are
happy to see them without you having to re refer.

Do I need to send in any radiographs with my referral?
If you have then yes you can send with your referral and we
will return them, but we may still take our own.
